V-Render uses and stores your personal data as specified by GDPR regulations.
Signing the order form is considered an order by the customer. V-Render may still abandon the order within the 7 days without any compensation.

Upon signing the order form, an advance invoice of 20% of the total amount will be issued. A requisition follows for each completed item.
V-Render maintains a payment term of 10 days.
The customer agrees to make payment within 10 days.
The materials proposed in our drawing may differ from reality.
An offer from V-Render is only valid for a specific order and therefore does not automatically apply to any subsequent orders.
Complaints must be submitted to V-Render promptly, fully and clearly described and will be answered within 14 days.
The client is solely responsible and liable for the accuracy and completeness of information relevant to the design. In no event shall V-Render be liable for damages to the Client or third parties resulting in whole or in part from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client. Except in the case of fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, V-Render shall not be liable for or liable to compensate any intangible, indirect or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, loss of sales, loss of revenue, production limitations, administrative or personnel costs, an increase in overhead, loss of clientele.
Any delay in payment may give cause to suspend or destroy the deliveries and works still to be carried out, and refuse to accept new orders.
In case of legal disputes, only the courts of Tongeren will have jurisdiction.
